How do I rent a powerbank?

1. Tap the screen and select Rent via POS terminal.
2. Review the billing rules on the screen.
3. Tap or insert your payment card to begin.
A power bank will unlock automatically, and you can start charging right away.

How much does it cost to rent a power bank?

Renting a power bank costs 3.50 € per hour, up to a maximum of 9.99 € for the first day (after 3 hours of use). After the first 24 hours, you'll be charged 9.99 € per additional 24 hours.

What happens if I don't return a powerbank?

You will continue to be charged the daily rental rate (9.99 €) until 96 hours (4 days) have passed.After 96 hours:
• The rental stops
• The 29.99 € deposit is not refunded
• The power bank is considered purchased

Pre-Authorization Fee

We temporarily hold 29.99 € on your card when you rent — once you return the powerbank, the hold is immediately released.

What happens after 96 hours?

  • Returns within 7 days of the charge are accepted — contact our support team to arrange delivery and a partial refund may be considered.

  • After 7 days, no refund will be given.

What cables does the powerbank include?

Each powerbank is built.in with 3 cables: Lightning, USB-C, and Micro-USB.

Can I return the powerbank to a different station?

Yes. You can return your power bank to any NIKA station, if there is empty slots.

How long does a full charge take?

Expect a full battery in about 40 minutes.
Thanks to high-speed charging, your phone gets back to full power quickly.
Total time varies slightly based on your phone specifications and battery age.
